Introduction
The Q4I project will identify and analyse models of institutional development support in schools that have proven to be successful in instilling innovation in the school through quality development. The analysis will cover at least 10 European countries: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, UK.
The first version of the Synthesis Report will be uploaded here on the wiki to allow stakeholders to validate it. Members of the project Review Group will simultaneously review the document; other stakeholders will also be allowed to do so.
Based on the research outlined above, the project will develop the Q4I quality approach for school innovation, which will be pilot tested by 10 schools.
Country Analyses
With this country analyses we aim to identify and analyse models of institutional development support in schools that have proven to be successful in instilling innovation in the school through quality development. The analysis will cover the following 10 European countries: Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom (see below).
On April 6th, ESHA organized a round table to discuss the relevance of the Q4I project for the community of European school heads. 40 Representatives of national school heads associations participated. One of the outcomes is that ESHA will set up a special interest group to further work on innovations from a quality management perspective.
